Will my GP be aware if I use MyMedsUK?

Whilst placing your order, you will be given the option to enter your current practice and doctor's information. We advise all customers to keep their GP informed of any changes to the medication they are taking. However we will not contact your GP without your consent.

How we work?


  1. To place an order with MyMedsUK, select a treatment and begin the consultation.
  2. Your order awaits to be approved by a UK, GMC registered doctor.
  3. Once approved your order will then be passed to the dispensing Pharmacy; where the order will be printed out and checked by the pharmacist (please note the pharmacist can still decline your order if they feel you are over ordering or abusing the service).  Your medication will then packaged discreetly and sent via your chosen method of delivery.
  • Your order cannot be rushed to be processed by customer services
  • You cannot speak to a doctor or pharmacist to dispute their decision
  • You are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been placed
  • We will cancel your order if we suspect you are abusing the service
  • If we notice duplicate accounts/a number of people at the same address, we will ask you to provide ID for each person ordering

What forms of ID are valid?

You may upload a current valid signed Passport, Full UK, EU or EEA Photo card Driving License or an Identity card issued by the electoral office for Northern Ireland.

Will my identity have to be verified?

Yes, you will have to upload a photo ID that will be verified using Onfido services. They are an accredited indentity verification company using a range of algorithms to verify identity documents. If they are unable to verifiy an ID we will request further evidence.

How discreet is the packaging?

Our packaging is clear and discreet with no branding displayed.


Do I need a prescription to order?

No. We offer free private prescription with all consultations once it has been approved by a Doctor.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major UK credit cards, that are registered to the patient.

Can you guarantee confidentiality?

All medical information and patient details are only accessed by the EU Physicians, Pharmacy and MyMedsUK.

How We Work

  • Step 1: Search for your Treatment

    Search and select a treatment that would address your condition.

  • Step 2: Start your Consultation

    Fill in the online consultation for your chosen treatment; the questionnaire will be reviewed by a UK qualified registered prescriber

  • Step 3: Your Order, Delivered

    Once approved, the prescription arrives at the pharmacy for dispensing. Your goods are shipped in discreet packaging via the signed for delivery service you have selected.
